Age Group Coach - Parkrose Swim Club

Age Group I Certified Coach for ages 5-18

Currently Hours are Monday, Wednesday and Friday 5-6

Located at Parkrose High School Aquatic Center, 11717 NE Shaver, Portland, OR 97220

Attend swim meets once a month with or in the absence of the Head Coach

Assistant Swim Coach - Multnomah Athletic Club

Part Time position, 30 Hours/week.

Assists Head Age Group Coach with establishing goals and prepares swimmers for all levels of competition. Coaches pre-competitive and developmental competitive groups. A dynamic, energetic, team player. Requires knowledge of stroke mechanics, good written and verbal skills, swim instruction experience, and prior coaching experience is preferred.

Assistant Coach - Nike Ninja Swim Team

Part Time contracted position with the Nike Ninja Swim Team. New team looking of enthusiastic Assistant Coach. Team practices held at Nike World Headquarters in Beaverton, Oregon.

  • Minimum six months coaching experience and USSCertification prefered.
  • One year commitment 
  • Availability approximately one weekend (Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon) a month to attned meets/coach in Head Coaches absence. 
  • Assist Head Coach with meet enrtys 
  • Practice times: Tues/Thurs 5-6:30p, Sat 9-10:30a
  • Must complete a background check

Part Time Assistant Swimming Coach - Lewis & Clark College

Lewis & Clark College Pioneer Swimming is looking for a part time assistant coach passionate about collegiate swimming.  Knowledge of stroke mechanics and swim training a must, as is the ability to work well with young adults to foster hard work and excitement in a competitive swimming environment.  Understanding of Div. III swimming a plus. 

Duties to emphasize on-deck swimming and dryland coaching with other possible roles to include organizational or recruiting activities as appropriate. 

Open until filled.  Pay depends on experience and availability.
