OREGON SWIMMING Senior Training Camp Late October This camp is open to swimmers age 13 and over that have made at least one senior sectional qualifying time. We will select 12 girls and 12 boys from OSI based on performance. West Coast All Star Meet Early January 8 girls and 8 boys will be selected from two age groups (11-12 and 13-14) for this meet and they will compete against three other All Star Teams from up and down the West Coast. Athletes will be selected based on a variety of factors, including best times and power points, along with how they would round out the team for Oregon Swimming.

2025 Age Group Select Camp! April 12, 2025 Chehalem Aquatic and Fitness Center
This camp is being sponsored by Oregon Swimming. 80 Swimmers from the LSC are being selected based on power point swims at the 2025 OSI 10&U Championships and 11-14 Championships. 8 swimmers from each competition category and each age group, 10-14, are being invited to this camp. Along with two in water practices, dryland and special swag, swimmers will participate in team building exercises, and have learning opportunities in a variety of subjects, with the goal of inspiring them to continue to reach for the highest levels of our sport. Special guest Olympian Natalie Hinds!
We are asking for a $40 non-refundable deposit by March 19th to a spot. If we don’t receive it by then, we will ask the next swimmer in line if they would like to participate.
DEI Select Camp 2025 DEI Camp April 13, 2025 Chehalem Aquatic and Fitness Center Oregon Swimming will be hosting a DEI select camp on April 13, 2025, at the Chehalem Aquatic Center in Newberg, OR. This is a statewide camp. We will have USA Swimming national and Olympic swimmer Natalie Hinds as our featured guest speaker and clinician. We would love to have 1-3 of your athletes attend. If space allows, we may be able to add more swimmers. This camp is designed for 12 to 16-year-old athletes- it includes a technical in-water skills clinic - as well as DEI talks, goal setting, and a question-and-answer session with Natalie. Swimmers should be comfortable swimming all four strokes, with some competitive experience and a desire to improve. Swimmers attending the OSI Age Group Select Camp on Saturday April 12th are not eligible to attend. All athletes must be USA Swimming registered. An invitation will be extended to athletes for the camp. It can be sent via email or in another way, if indicated by you. It will run from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, T shirt, cap and snacks will be provided.
